Davutoglu met Sargsian in Kiev
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsian in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.

After the meeting, Davutoglu told reporters they discussed developments in Caucauses and normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations.

Dvautogul said QUOTE, "We conveyed our concerns to Sargsian in the meeting.
   Sargsian and I also discussed what is being done for the (Upper) Karabakh issue.

He said he had the chance to explain Turkey´s concerns, views and  vision for the region.

Davutoglu ADDED, "we, as Turkey, want a Caucasia which does not have obstacles, occupations and prejudices, but which has peace, prosperity and stability.

He said  "There must be dialogue for realization of this vision."

Davutoglu was in Kiev to attend the inauguration ceremony of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

Yanukovych was elected the president. following the second round of elections held in Ukraine on February 7th.
